To the Waterval Boven office:
From Johannesburg or Pretoria, follow signs to Witbank or the N4. About 230 km from Pta. and 260 km from Jhb, just after Machadodorp, pass through a toll-gate (contact us for directions to Tranquilitas avoiding this toll-gate).
Keep following directions to the turn-off for Waterval Boven on the right. Take this exit and continue into town. Pass under a bridge and onto the main avenue and over a stop sign. Cross over the second stop sign and pass a cluster of shops.
At the third stop sign, just on the corner, find the entrance to the Roc 'n Rope Adventures booking office on the left. The physical address is:

From Johannesburg/Pretoria, take the second turn-off right into Machadodorp. At a 4-way stop turn left, direction Badplaas. Drive on the R541 for about 14km and then turn left towards Slaaihoek mine. After 3km on this road you turn left onto a dirt road (in the direction of Waterval Boven, 15km away). The Tranquilitas chalets will be on your right after about 7km shortly after an obvious split joining from the right. Pass through the gate towards the chalets (currently marked NRD B11).
